A. Anonymous Profile Data (App Usage): To provide general insights, we collect non-identifiable information such as age, nationality, current location, education/career summary, and general visa status. This data is processed anonymously and is not linked to your real-world identity unless you choose to request a 1:1 consultation.

B. Personal Information (1:1 Consultation Only): When you voluntarily request a "1:1 Consultation" via our external consulting form, we collect detailed personal information to provide professional advice:

•                 Contact Info: Legal Name (English), Email Address, Phone Number, and Messenger ID (e.g., KakaoTalk, WeChat).

•                 Visa Details: Current visa type, visa expiry date, desired visa category, and detailed visa history (refusals/cancellations).

•                 Professional Background: Detailed Study & Skill history, Working history, and English proficiency scores.

•                 Others: Preferred consultation time and any files/documents you choose to upload.

2. Purpose of Data Use

•                 Consulting Services: To provide the 1:1 immigration and professional consulting services you requested.

•                 Service Quality: To improve our response quality and analyze migration trends using anonymized data.

•                 Communication: To contact you regarding your specific inquiry or scheduled consultation.

3. Data Security & Quality Control

We manage all data under strict security policies. For general inquiries, your data is stored in an anonymized state with personal identifiers removed. Although we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

4. User Safety Guidelines

As the App is for pre-review and general consulting purposes, users are strictly advised NOT to include sensitive personal identifiers (such as Passport numbers, Tax File Numbers, or specific medical records) in the general inquiry section unless explicitly required for a formal document review during a 1:1 consultation.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

In compliance with the Australian Privacy Act and App Store guidelines:

•                 Data Deletion within App: You can delete individual inquiry records or use the "Reset/Clear All Data" feature within the App to remove your local data and anonymize your records on our server.

•                 Consultation Data: For data submitted via the 1:1 consulting form, you may request access, correction, or deletion at any time by contacting us.
